In the second installment in its series on the presidential transition, CGCC hosted a discussion on building states’ capacity to combat terrorism with Darcy Anderson from the U.S. Department of State, Celina D. Realuyo from the National Defense University, Carol Fuller from the Inter-American Committee Against Terrorism, and Christian Mahr from the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate. They highlighted key successes and challenges in U.S. and global counterterrorism capacity-building efforts and lessons learned for the next administration.
